City of No Power (and rude call centre woman)

We have had no power since 12.30 this afternoon. It is now 19.30. While trying to log a fault with City of Power we had contacted the call centre and in the space of a 25 minute call we were put into contact with THE MOST USELESS woman. When she had answered she did not have a clue what was going on. We probably spoke for a total of 3 minutes because of continuously being put on hold and everytime she came back i was given horrible, vague and answers that changed every time. She had informed me that in the space of 7 hours no one had logged a complaint and no one was working on the problem. She was *********** at her job and was extremely rude when delivering this information....I asked for her name, which was Matshaba, and was given the reference number: ***0. These types of people are what is wrong with service quality.
