Cancel reference numberss without doing anything - absolute disgrace

I logged a call on 06/06/2021 for a atreet light that is not working. CPWEB*** Excatly a montth later the technicians arrived. Stood around and eventually left.Today 10 July I received a message the call was cancelled. How can you cancel a call if you did not fix the issue. I have everythinh on video and proof what I am saying. Time for *********** service to stop and to deliver service
