Calibrated Pre-paid meters

City power has calibrated all their new meters to run fast, it is a way to make money out off their loss to Eskom and at night they take a further 5 to 10 kwh and we as Senior citizen must be blamed for their Poor Management. Even a blindman at the call Centre told me why have faulty meters tested and pay R1200 which you wont get back as the meters are calibrated according to zones. The increase of 12.5% tariffs and surcharge of R240, were must a man get the money if you only get SASSA.
