I’ve never wanted to move out of the city like I do because of this *********** company. Imagine being out of power for days on end and watching them pick and choose which areas to work swiftly for. If you’re around Maboneng you’re gonna cry because of city power because they lack sense of urgency when it comes to that area. I’ve never hated any company the way I do this company. The city of joburg should find another company to provide power for its people. Service delivery 0, customer service 0, honesty and transparency 0, competence and urgency 0. I’m appalled, gravely.
