Being completely ignored after logging calls for street light attendance

Getting street lights attended to in Lenasia is a nightmare of note. Previous logged calls have taken as long as 7 months of nagging and complaining. I currently have a open call and i am being completely ignored. I have tried following up on twitter to no avail. I attempting emailing 6 email addresses at city power that assisted me previously but again i am being completely ignored. My email was not even acknowledged. Lenasia is riddled with street lights not working everywhere and when logged they are ignored. CPWEB **********
