After seeing many ads for their new toll free number, I was subjected to "Load rotation" without any prior communication. To get clarity, I called the toll free number. I was informed that I was second in the queue and that the average waiting time was 5mins. After 4mins I was told that I was now 1st in the queue. After 8 minutes the call cut off. City Power continues to be part of a circus that has no idea how to conduct business in an acceptable manner. Absolutely pathetic.
