Bad service,no electricity installed for months

I moved into the place and there was no electricity and called City Power,all the agents and Managers advised they will escalate the issue and to date no feedback nor site visit<br> <br> Ive again called spoke to Nozipho an agent whom advised she will escalate to her Team Leader(Norma),I was also provided with the Team Leaders direct contact number but he does not answer the phone is always off<br> <br> Im a pregnant woman who is about to give birth at anytime and cannot live in such conditions it is really bad for my health,cannot even charge my phone.What if something happens to me?theres is no point of contact<br> <br> Ref number given:***0<br> <br> Address:1123/50Ext 27 Tuelo Street Devland<br> <br> I demand this issue be resolved as soon as possible if not will take it up with the council as the conditions im living is against the law and I know my rights as a lawful citizen
