bad service i have ever received in my life

i wanted to report a bad attitude i have received 2 minutes ago, i called in i spoke to this other lady who gave me attitude, i slept without electricity and woke up without electricity i call to report this matter i was told i can not call early in the morning with attitude, i asked for a ticket number she kept quite for a whole 2 minutes while busy laughing with her colleagues at the back round, i asked for her name she hanged up the phone eon me after be on the line waiting for assistant for a whole 20 minutes, what is the use of having a call center with people that have an attitude who are not willing to work, city power please do better with your call center
