Bad service from City Power Reuven

City Power Jhb..CP ***..After 48hrs without power..it was eventually restored..only to find technicians BYPASSED our Itron box..now we running on low voltage..stove and microwave don't work..Appliances at risk..Dim Lights..They said 21days turnaround time..This is the Height Of Incompetence!!
