Bad service from City power leave 4 kids stranded

What **** service we receive. I have 4 kids who could not go to school today because some idiot at city power wrote of my call saying no access to property. I logged my call yesterday afternoon and I must have made more than 10 calls to them already and kept checking where they are and was told some is dispatched etc... Only to find out this Morn that the call was close and another one logged at 4am. What the hell is going on. We don't only get ********** for our money but the service we expect too. What is Herman doing about this pathetic service. I even tried to logged a request for him or contact him somehow to follow through with this **** service but no email address or whatsapp either. Now I have to stay home with 4 kids and no electricity to even make food for them. How pathetic is this. I only wish Cyril would allow the private sector to take over electricity provision. Our kids would not have to suffer like this.
