Bad service from City Power during power outages

Based in Randpark Ridge, Johanneaburg. We have been without power since Sunday, 16 March 2025. City power has provided vague updates and contradicting statements regarding the outage.

Additionally, when one tries to escalate the issue through their support line. You wait for more than 1h30mins however your query does not get resolved.

City power has claimed to work on the outage however, we haven’t seen any progress. I’ve also attached some of the details shared which
