Bad service from City power

I am at a point of frustration with city power and it is not okay or fair to go through this we haven't had electricity for a while now I have followed process on reporting this and still nothing I have not been attended few houses including mine don't have electricity but no update from city power whatsoever ? worse its a cold season and on top of it we got kids who go to school and need to prepare for I pay my electricity up to date and this is a poor service I get not to mention that I work from home and I have no electricity to complete any of my work. Can city power do better and attend our query
