Bad Service Ever

I log a service request on the 18th of this month no one attended my query instead they close it without calling me. I log the second was never attended. I went to their offices at Kew spend the whole day sitting outside without any assistance. One of their employees told me that they don't serve people who don't pay his job is to disconnect services . Themba told me to go home after 4pm Tshepo will attend my query He was at Far East Bank as soon as He's done will come to my place. Up until now I don't have electricity. I called the COJ call center and they promised that they will assist. I'm not happy with the service I got
