Bad Service Delivery

Worst service. No idea why they cannot address situations as they happen. Power Outages left right and center and we atill get loadshedding. So one cannot even plan for loadshedding adequately anymore. They only send an apology tweet as if thats what we pay for. What are their problema and why are they not being addressed. Shedded by Eskom an City Power. Total ****. Honestly need other alternatives in SA.
