Bad service

The service at City Power is very pour and you call try calling every day without your call being answered, it just rings all the time. We have recently paid a fine for bringing electricity which we did not know about as it was done by a previous owner and we were promised reconnection within 72 hours and now it's been 5 days without response. Even tried contacting the technician who disconnected but he is also not responding to messages.
