Bad service at its best

City power is very poor I wonder why do they have phone, Twitter, Facebook and online service. I log a call on the 6th January till this day no one has come and check the fault but driving you will be seeing the trucks and technicians car parked on the parks. Clearly there is something wrong with this entity
