Bad service

We haven’t had power from the 2nd of February. Every time I make a follow up a call I am told someone will come. The follow up call I made last night was even worse the consultant did not even ask for my reference number and just told me there’s nothing he can do from his side I have to wait for the tech or go personally to city power.
