Bad service

During this pandemic and load shedding the electricity is meant to go off for 4 hours and 30 minutes but everyday vlakfontein ext 3 has to suffer more than 8 hours of no electricity and when we report technicians are on site but don't fix anything until 1am this has been happening everyday since load shedding started very pathetic service not helpful at all even their twitter site
