Bad Service

The electricity in Groblerpark Ext 27 went off on Tuesday (25/08/2015) night. A call was logged with City Power on Wednesday (26/08/2015) City Power only came out on Thursday (27/08/2015) to attend to the problem. Electricity was restored for a short while and went off again just after 21H00. Phoned in again to let them know that the problem was not fixed. After numerous calls on Friday technicians came out and left without attending to the problem. So we in Greenshank avenue have been without electricity for nearly 4 days now and City Power doesn't seem to care what happens. How we cook, how we bath, and what about the goods in our freezers. Who will be held responsible?
