Bad service

We are without power for 34 hours and I have logged 3 calls there is hole in front of my neighbors house with open power lines. The guys that was here this afternoon said that they cannot complete another team’s work. The ref numbers CP*** Monday night, CP*** Tuesday morning, CP*** this afternoon and I am still sitting in the dark.
