Bad experience with City power

I have a huge problem with electricity in my house whereby in our flat I'm the only one with no electricity. It's been years logging calls with City power, after they've fixed it doesn't stay on for long, it switches after few days. In April 2023 City power took out my meter box inside my house and connected a cable going to our electric box outside from my house, the cable keeps burning everytime and when I log a call city power doesn't come to fix anymore, they send a 'job complete' status sms on my logged call while I still don't have electricity. Now I don't have electricity since end of November last year, I come from City power, logged a couple of calls which are closed, still no help! The city power technicians came 2 days ago to check my problem and promised to come back with the councilor but didn't come back. I'm still with no power,what must I do?!
