Bad Bad Service

I've been having power failures at my house and I have a number of references that I received each time I logged a call. My electricity was temporarily restored by City Power Technicians and I was advised that Contractors will be dispatched to come and dig up cables under ground to permanently fix the power failures that I have been experiencing. I'm as I type this been holding for 20mins after speaking to a agent by the name of Bongani who said his transferring this call to his supervisor as we seem not to be understanding each other. This is so pathetic as the call was hung up and I never got to speak to the Supervisor.
