Bad Bad Bad

Very bad service. My meter was ****** and I reported it ****** and I have a reference number from City Power and Case number as well. I was told I must wait and the meter box will be replaced and every time I go there I was told they are still busy with the issue since they are waiting for new smart meters. Now I have been told my power will be cut off next week Friday and I must pay a penalty fee. Is it my fault that the ******* stole so many meters and they were even tried in court. But City Power does not give a damn.
