We have logged a call about 10 hours ago and we were told that it’s it progress , when ever we call their call center they just put us on hold and there’s no answer, we at vlakfontein we’ve been logging calls every 2 days regarding power outage, no one seems and willing to fix the matter permanently, they just sent these sub contractors and they just do a 2 minute job and they go. The next day we experiencing power outage again , our reff number is CPWEB ***. There’s no communication what’s so ever
