Back to the dark ages with Useless Service

City power has been the worst to deal with after explaining we require urgent assistance in having a technition to assist after ****** cables caused a power surge we have now been left with out electricity for three days! When calling in you sit on the line for 40 min to get hold of someone that says they are unable to assist you or nobody had been assigned to the calls logged or somebody closed the call stating it had been resolved!!!
