App**** for Prepaid and is still being billed

I app**** for Prepaid and on the 11th December 2015 prepaid was installed The same day I went to Braanfontein City power and gave them my job card. A few weeks later I called to do a follow up and was advised that the Job card was not attached. I visited Braamfontein City power on a few occations. Over the December period I was advised that people are on leave and I have to come back in the new Year. Spoke to numerous agents , emailed [Email Removed] a few time. logged my complaint on the website and today no response in terms of my request dated 11th December 2015. I have numerous reference no's <br> 1st reference no ***. .<br>
