Appauling Service

<p>I have been logging faults since monday and no response whatsover. We have been experiencing power outage only at our house whereas the other homes had electricity since Sunday evening. Our neighbour has built 15 rooms and has connected electricity *******ly with all he cables hanging causing a great danger to us and the neighbouring homes. Yet they seem to be enjoying the joys of having elecricity when we are suffering the brunt of not having it.I logged a fault 1st thing Monday morning REF:CPWEB ********** and i got a reference and still it was not resolved, then logged another one on tuesday REF:CPWEB ********** anD still nothing up until the 3rd day after logging the 3rd fault on Wednesday REF: CPWEB ********** where somehow the fault logged was then changed to "In Progress" well that was sum sort of a bit of a relieve that finally there was some movement and someone picked up the logged faults. However by the end of the day it had changed from " In Progress to completed" like how was that even possible when no one bothered to come check our box at all. I then tried tried to escalate when i got a text saying my fault was either old or could not be traced and was advised to log another one. Thursday REF:CPWEB ********** nothing still. Today being friday i logged another one REF:CPWEB ********** _ I saw the techs car and approached them explaining to them that we have been waiting for them since Monday and they said they would come check the box. When they finally did they where now having a great conversation with the said neighbour who has *******ly connected and when i went AGAIN to speak to them they ubruptly left. Now can someone tell me should i now be on their payroll to have them do their job that they are already paid for. Because clearly that is what is supposed to happen. This is a great inconvenience i have a small child and living without electricity has caused alot of headaches for me. I had to throw away all the food in the fridge and my child is sick now due to the fact that no one seem to care. This has caused major strain financially as this is one expense i cant afford</p>
