Appalling service trying to get my meter converted to prepaid

<p>I app**** to have my smart meter converted to a prepaid meter as I have tenants in the house and this will make things easier. I app**** in october that process of applying is a mission in its own. Anyway I finally go and pay for my conversion on the 23 April and am quoted R1179.00 which is the incorrect amount as I already have a smart meter however no one will listen you just have to pay. It took over a month for my payment to reflect on city powers side. Now that it is reflecting I start querying when will it be converted and receive no feedback at all. I then received a sms last stating my call mas been updated to completed no one has been to my property to convert anything.</p>
