Appalling service

<p>We've been experiencing power failure at my grandma's yard for 3 consecutive days and technicians are being sent all the time to resolve the matter but it seems as if they don't know 1st call resolution. We even called our ward council Marema of 19th avenue at Alexandra intervene in this matter as city power keeps on send out people who don't know how to do their job properly. I'm very disappointed , not even the agent's bother to keep you updated on what is going on, I had to call them to follow up on the status of my case and I spoke to Rebecca who had no idea what was going on or the reason why I haven't been contacted regarding my query. The service is so appalling it such a disgrace to get such service from a world know company. </p>
