apl**** for a prepaid meter >3months ago

I app**** for a prepaid meter since August/July, I still have not received it till today. I started following up on it since October I still have gotten no joy, except for different people which keep coming to say they are coming to audit but do nothing afterwards.<br> My electricity bill keeps going up instead no matter much I switch off the geyser everyday and do my cooking once a day and ironing once a week.<br> am so frustrated, I do not know what to do anymore.
