All plugs don't work

<p>Yesterday at about 3 in the afternoon power was tripped by the City Power Technicians who were working on the boxes by our street. When it came back an hour later all the plugs in our house weren't working, but the lights are on. After holding for almost 2 hours I was told that a technician will come fix them between 1 to 6 hours. 24 hours later out plugs still don't work and the stupid supervisor says they will only escalate the matter after 6. Our fridges are dripping...everything in there is off now and it looks like nobody give a **** basically.</p>
