Absolutely pathetic service

Absolutely horrible service. Is I could give no star for this rating I would as they don't deserve it. We haven't had electricity since Saturday 18 Feb. They came out and found that there is a fault underground. They then said they would come back later or the following day to fix it. Today is Wednesday 22 Feb and still no sign of them but the ticket is closed. How does that work??? We had to get rid of everything in the fridge and we have to get hot water from other people just to give the babies bottle. They treat us like dogs yet we more human then they are. Apparently we not important enough for them to come out. Why is such *********** people still allowed to earn a salary from that place??? Ticket ref CPWEB*** and now new ref logged CPWEB***
