A very big thank-you

hi there,<br> <br> I called the call centre about 2 or 3 weeks ago to report the street lights in our street which weren't working.<br> <br> The lady who I spoke to told me that their system was down but left her our street details as well as my contact details & she said she'd report it<br> <br> Well to say the least nothing happened. Last nite I called the call centre again & I spoke to Agatha & I was complaining bitterly about our street lights & told her what happened when I called the last time. I also mentioned that it was as bad as living in the dark ages with no street lights. She logged a call under ref no<br> ***9 & marked it as urgent. Our street name is Lanyon Terrace & I also mentioned Pitts avenue where the street lights were also not working.<br> <br> Well we went to church tonite & I said that if our street lights were working I would dance in the street.
