7 days without electricity

I haven't had electricity since the 12th of February till date and I have tenants who are not understanding because my house and that of my neighbour(Twin houses) are the only ones without electricity. I've spent exhortation amounts of money calling their Call Center, have gone there physically twice, no one is helping, food is getting spoilt, I don't sleep because of endless calls from my tenants who have paid their thus need the basis need of electricity. I pay taxes, I'm a good citizen yet I'm treated like a second class one. Can you guys at least provide us with the infrastructure we were promised upon the freedom of this country. Can any of the high management at City Power honestly live without electricity, even for 24 hours? It's been a week for Christ sake.
