6 Days no power

On 22 July 2015 the power to our house went out. All neighbours still have power. I have logged three calls with City Power and to date have had nothing but empty promises to have someone come out to rectify. Have spoken to Attie, the head of Dispatch at the Randburg branch. He has promised on three occassions that someone will come out immediately. Needless to say, this has not materialised. I am up to date on my monthly account and have never been in arrears, and this is how the paying clients gets treated. I have had to throw aways a fridge full of spoilt food. We have had an attempted break in due to us having zero security due to no power. Almost a week now and no closer to getting anything sorted. I have three reference numbers, that latest being CPWEB769750. However, even when I approached them on Twitter, their promises amounted to nothing.
