5 Days without electricty

We experienced load shedding on Saturday the 20th of June 2015 from about 10am in the morning. Im writing this on the 24th of June 2015 and we still don't have electricity. Many Technicians has been sent out to our place but they all cant seem to find the problem or jus say that they will return but never do. It upsets me because we have a baby in our house and we don't even have warm water. We have logged more then 3 calls with so many reference numbers however still no response..
