4 hours is the turn around time but no electricity

Good day <br> <br> Saturday 13th June 2015 our electricity went off thinking that it was load shedding. A hour later we realised that it was just our house without any electricity in Eldorado Park. We then logged the case on City Powers Website and received the following reference number Cpweb680271. Later that evening called again and spoke to a consultant that didnt help much. Everyday since that day no one has come through to assist us with this issue.All they say is it has been escalated what on earth is taking these people so long we have a pensioner that needs the electricity more as he had two hip replacements.Imagine that everyone around us has electricity and we the only house in the street with nothing. We want the electricity on today before I get home this should be sorted.My mother even called and spoke to the manager but did that even help!!! This is just not acceptable .
