You cannot complain about the service of the City of Tshwane, because there is no service from the City of Tshwane!!!

I have reported numerous times on e-Tshwane faulty street lights. The first time was 29/01/2024.

Here are all the reference numbers from e-Tshwane: *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***

I then reported it on 26/03/2024 to *** and I even included the MMC for Finance Jacqui Uys in my e-mail, and received the following reference number: ***

And guess what, nothing has been done as yet!!!! All talk and no do!!!! But if your payment is late (which is done by a debit order which the City of Tshwane initiate) then you receive a threatening SMS from the City of Tshwane that your water and electricity will be cut off. Excuse me, I have given the City of Tshwane the permission to use a debit order so that my bill is paid on time. I cannot help if the City of Tshwane's finance staff members are incapable of doing their work!

So in which month, year, decade or millennium can we expect the street lights to be repaired or must we proof how we feel on 29 May 2024?
