Wrongly accused for bridging electricity

We installed solar panels last year July. We have been switching off eskom power during the day and made use of the solar. Yesterday Tshwane Municipality cut off our meter and said that we have bridged and yet we are buying electricity worth 2000 each month . Right now we are expected to pay 26 000 on a mistake to reinstate the power .
