Wrong Readings, even Thou I submitted readings by Photograph

<p>I have been complaining about my readings from June then </p> <p>27 July 2016, 8Sept 2016, 11 sept 2016,19Sept 2016</p> <p>My complain is that I read in my meter reading , these readings then differ from whats on my account.</p> <p>One of the reply's was that I should clean my meter, which is outside, I rep**** I am glad to do this if they give me a key, they refused. The readings is way of. I even started submitting photos to them still I get the wrong readings.</p> <p>Trying to phone them is impossible, sopend 12 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone, and sometimes if they do they are rude, or cutt the call half way.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why do They have an option to submit the readings ,if they are going to change it anyway?</p> <p> </p> <p>City of Tswane: Really does not deliver.</p>
