Wrong house electricity disconnection

<p>I stay in soshanguve my municipality account is up to date yet my services have been disconnected. The house in front of me explained that they received a letter explaining that their services will be disconnected.I don't understand why the technians don't check first and make sure they disconect the right house. Tried calling their call centre could not get thru very frustrated </p>
