wrong disconnected adress

The city of tshwane cannot read between Diana Street and Daleen en Street and are to lazy or stupid to read and disconnected the wrong electricity. After phoning them they said it was a mistake and will take between 6 and 8 hours to fix. We already sitting without power for 7 hours. How unprofessional can we still get. Who is taking blame for these stupid mistakes? Who is going to pay for the cleaner that could not perform the daily work? What about the meat in the fridge...They cannot even say when they will fix the mistake. ....only that we have to wait and see......
