Wrong billing, rude , non productive, useless, bad accounting

Extremely inefficient and rude.

I received a bill that states i am 1220 days outstanding on my account which is an error.

For 3 days i try to get to speak to someone and they either drop the call, do not answer or put the phone down without assitance.
