Worst services

On Friday 17 July at 9 :30 my houses electricity went out due to the cable coming loose from the pole... something that has happened 6 times prior. To date 18 July at 22:32 no technician has come out...approximately 50 phone calls over the last 2 days later and still no success... All this while having a 5 month old baby at home that has to eat, bath etc...all off caurse without electricity for almost the entire weekend. What a disgrace! Cannot belief the poor service, bad telephone manners and NO TRAINING...
