Worst service I have ever encountered!!!

If there was a scoring of zero I would have given them a zero! I am a rate paying citizen, I am never behind on my account (in fact - I am ahead). City of Tshwane has the worst service delivery I have ever seen. On 18 Dec I reported a power failure at my house and it took them 5 days to attend to the problem. All the food in the fridge had to be discarded because it was spoiled. Again this week I had a power failed on the 11th Jan. I have lost count of the number of times that I have called City of Tshwane. Each time I get a different version of the story. The escalation process clearly does not work, but they could care less!. Even the Ward counsellor tried to assist and escalate, but Tshwane simply does not care. I just got off the phone with the worst call centre agent I have ever encountered, his name Mpho and he has the worst attitude I have ever encountered. He didn’t even make sense and really came across as idiotic! Ref number is 987-11/01/23. Please help!!! Something needs to be done about City of Tshwane.
