worst account department!!

Accounts department account is a mess, customer call centre ring but no answer. account paid in advance and then they still deduct it as well, i reversed payment at bank and then they charge me a levy on my own money i battle to cancel my debit order. Very bad service, if you mail or rate their service they don't do anything about it just forward your mail and nothing has been done.
