It's rare that one can compliment City of Tshwane, I felt I had to in this case. I contacted 5 different people at City of Tshwane call centre who transferred me all over the place, until I ended up with Sam Malebane. He was helpful, efficient, explained everything to me carefully, assisted me with my problem and really went the extra mile. He stands out head and shoulders above the rest!
