Wicked services in the whole of south Africa

I have been having a problem with my ACC , It is fully paid but i received final letter of demand. I then logged a query with the city customer care on the 17/09/2019 . I was told that one of their cashiers did a mistake, She transfer founds in the wrong acc. A call was logged *** to rectify the mistake, till today i have not had anything from the city except annoying sms to say owe the city.
