Why Is Portion 12 in Mandela Village Still Without Water?

I am extremely frustrated by the ongoing water shortage in our area. This issue has already been communicated, yet residents are still struggling without a reliable water supply.

What is particularly concerning is that other areas in Hammanskraal appears to have water, while we in Portion 12, mandela village continue to experience shortages. How is it possible that portions within the same small area have water while others are left without it?

We need answers. What is causing this difference in water supply, and why has the problem not been resolved despite it being reported?

Water is a basic necessity, and residents should not have to keep struggling without clear communication or a lasting solution.

I call on Magalies Water and the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality to investigate this matter urgently, explain why the water supply differs between these neighbouring areas, and provide a clear timeline for resolving the problem.
