Where is my money?

I am waiting for my rates and taxes refund after the sale of my property 3 months ago. Rates account number: ***.<br> <br> I had to pay 4 months in advance to be issued a rates certificate with the promise that I would be refunded.<br> <br> I have tried and tried and tried - no response - no reply.<br> <br> I sincerely hope this horridly run metro falls into the right hands, because the current administrators are ill trained, ******** and unintelligent. I am not getting what I pay for - you should all be fired.
